Ordered by my friend who want to make a surprise bday dinner for her mom in law. She asked me whether i can make a cake like this? while she showing her picture reference. I told her "ok i do my best, but can i change the theme not exactly same but still family dinner? " she said " ok as long as still family dinner and a fish on the table" then...this is it...."The CNY Family DInner or makan besar".
Still far from perfectness, its quite difficult to make a human figurine, need to practice more and more, but i was very happy, because the hole family had a great time and excited about the surprise cake they were enjoyed.
CNY celebrate once a year, but to had a family gathering can be anytime, anywhere....
