Cupcakes dan cookies yang dipesan oleh temanku ini untuk memeriahkan international bazaar disekolah anaknya.

Awal pemesanan 48 cupcakes, namun 1hari sebelum diambil temanku telepon untuk menambah pesanan cupcakenya menjadi 100 cupcakes. Waaahhh ternyata masih ada saja yang missed, padahal setelah itu kita selalu telefon atau bbm-an untuk diskusi.
Setelah selesai dibuat semua, dan dihitung wak wau....in total cupcakes cuman ada 80pcs, hahaha....entah kemana pikiranku saat itu. Terjadi kesalah fahaman pada saat diskusi yang sudah last minute itu...alhamdulillah temanku dapat memakluminya.

Huehehe...gempor juga nempelin edible sebanyak 100pcs secara si edible harus di poles coklat putih dulu supaya tidak cepat pudar warnanya.

Angry Bird Cupcakes dan Cake untuk 2R

Pesanan sahabat baikku untuk anaknya yang berulang tahun bersamaan dibulan yang sama, yang sulung minta dibuatkan angry bird cake, si bungsu cupcake angry bird.
Orderan ini aku kerjakan sehari setelah sampai di KL dari mudik lebaran, belum sempet unpack udah langsung warming up di dapur.

Awalnya mau dibuatkan cake dengan dekorasi fondant, tapi karena waktu aku yang terbatas untuk menghias cake, jadi aku sarankan dengan diganti buttercream juga lebih awet karena bisa disimpan didalam fridge.

Ternyata menghias angry bird ini agak2 susah karena detailnya yang sangat kecil untuk diletakkan diatas cake berukuran 20cm. Meski sudah mengulang copy gambar sebanyak 3x akhirnya bisa selesai juga...yang pasti si birthday girl suka dengan birthday cakenya...alhamdulillah.
